She is equipped with full teak decks. Because of the high cost of teak, decks like these are available today only on very expensive custom yachts. The decks have been treated with Cetol such that only minimal maintenance is required every few seasons to keep them pristine.
Two 16.5 KBTU heat pumps have been added to compliment the 16 and 12 KBTU original units. This is a COLD boat! The original genset has been upgraded to a 10 KW Hohler to accommodate the additional load. A 3 KW inverter has also been installed and integrated with new 110 volt circuit breaker panel, to provide 110 volt service on those days when air conditioning is not required. This helps keep unnecessary hours off the genset.

Optional Features: Unusual for a boat this size, the "one step down" galley provides the chef with a full view through salon windows, port and starboard. This arrangement sets this boat apart from many others this size, which typically provide a salon on one level and a galley/dinnette forward and several steps down. This salon is a full 15' long! That, combined with the 15 foot beam, provide a salon that is huge! Sleeping accommodations include a forward cabin with head that also serves as a day head, aft cabin with private head, and sleeper sofa in the salon. A lot of boat for the money and priced to sell!
